This partnership includes four prominent members: lawyers Jos Hemelaar, Robert-Jan van Eenennaam, and Anne Marie de Koning, as well as paralegal Eva Wösten.
The recent addition to the team, Eva Wösten, joins as a part-time paralegal under the guidance of Jos Hemelaar, an experienced professional in the field of human rights. Eva’s background includes previous work at Refugee Aid in Schiedam, making her a valuable addition to the team.
Jos Hemelaar specializes in protecting human rights, particularly focusing on individuals seeking residence in the Netherlands. He handles numerous procedures, both national and international, and if necessary, at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). On the other hand, Anne Marie de Koning and Robert-Jan van Eenennaam concentrate on criminal law and sanctions, specifically addressing the defense against human rights violations.
